TROY, Mich. - Delphi Automotive Systems announced the appointment of Richard Jok as finance director, Delphi Aftermarket Operations.  Francisco A. (Frank) Ordonez, Delphi's general manager, Aftermarket Operations, made the announcement. 

Jok was most recently finance director, Delphi Packard Electric Systems Europe in Wuppertal, Germany.  Prior to his overseas assignment with Delphi Packard, he was finance director, Cadillac Motor Car Division of General Motors Corp. 

"Rick brings significant skill and experience to this position, which will help us to develop and grow our organization," said Ordonez.  "We're delighted to have his depth of management to help us achieve Delphi's long-term goals."  

Jok's experience includes an assignment as assistant comptroller for Delphi Harrison, where he began his career as a production scheduler, and various assignments within General Motors' corporate finance staff. He received a bachelor's degree in business from the State University of New York in Buffalo, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
