Porsche is leading internationally in dealer satisfaction

Stuttgart, Germany - Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, is a particularly attractive and reliable partner for their dealers - not only in Germany, as the top positions in the IFA study "Brand monitor" of 2001 and 2000 show, but also in the most important export markets. The results of two current surveys from the United States and Great Britain concerning dealer satisfaction in the car trade verify this.

In the "2001 Winter Dealer Attitude Survey", a survey of the members of the US dealer association 'National Automobile Dealers Association' (NADA), Porsche took 2nd place with a satisfaction value of 83.7 index points, falling behind Lexus and in front of Toyata in the total ranking of 34 surveyed brands. Compared to the previous survey from summer 2000, the Stuttgart sports car manufacturer has improved by two positions. At the same time, it was by far the best valued German brand. In all single categories - from the product policies and quality of the sales training to the publicity efficiency - Porsche attained above-average satisfaction values from US dealers.

Porsche attained even better results in the British dealer satisfaction study, which is carried out once a year by the renowned market research institute Sewells. The sports car manufacturer attained the top position in the overall placings this year, in front of BMW and Toyota. In the previous year, Porsche took 2nd place in the "Sewells Dealer Attitude Survey" from the total of 33 surveyed car brands.
